We require that all participants bring a filled out BSA Part A&B Medical and Release Form as well as a Part C Physical.

The Gold Passport advantages are:

  • Early check in time
  • Early times for starting activities
  • Fast Pass into certain activities
  • Other special honors and privileges as determined by the Booshway

For a team to qualify for the Gold Card Passport they must meet the following criteria:

  • Have participated in at least one ADC Approved Service project during 2015/2016 and have documentation
  • Have participated in at least one District On Target activity during 2015/2016 and have documentation
  • Have TWO leaders (that will be at the rendezvous that are fully trained-Youth Protection, Leader Specific Fundamentals, and
Leader Outdoor training) prior to registering, with documentation.
  • Have been registered for this Rendezvous event prior to the February 2017 Huddle

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability yet to issue refunds for money paid to Grand Canyon Council for registration fees. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please do your best to be accurate in your registration.

All team registrations are due on February 2, 2017. Registration will continue after this date, but your team will be charged an increased fee for each scout and leader for being late. Technically, teams can even register up at Rendezvous, but we highly recommend doing it earlier so we can better plan for your team.

You can register online through Grand Canyon Council by clicking here. Just click the Register button and begin filling out the information.
